Our team of three highly-qualified lawyers and support staff is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and supportive of our clients and their personal and professional goals. All of our lawyers have transatlantic experience, having worked for law firms in the United States and United Kingdom.
The principal attorney, Nita Nicole Upadhye, has been recognized in the International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration lawyers, and is the former President of the American Women Lawyers in London (AWLL) and the former Chair of the Rome District Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). We will typically speak with you on the phone briefly to understand your circumstances and determine if this is something we can properly assist with. Some clients need a discrete piece of advice for which a consultation meeting is necessary, but no further action thereafter may be needed.
Other clients may have an issue that we are unable to assist with (for example, their criminal waiver application has been pending for several months at the CBP Admissibility Review Office and they are seeking our help in speeding up the review process) and for yet other clients, we can determine quite quickly that this is a matter we can assist with.
Our business hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. However, please feel free to call or email us after hours. We are committed to returning our client’s and potential client’s calls and emails within 24 hours or less. Please contact us through our contact page.
Yes, our lawyers have spent years honing their qualifications and experience in this area of law and in order to properly advise you of the legal options available to you we will charge a fee for a consultation meeting. Should a meeting be necessary we will advise you on the consultation charges prior to booking a consultation appointment.
“I was first introduced to Nita after a recommendation directly from the US embassy. After successfully processing an extremely challenging H1B case for two ambitious creative entrepreneurs, NNU Immigration has continued to service our company throughout our growth with a 100% record of success, including H1Bs, O and E2 visas. The results speak for themselves, but it is also worthy of note that all cases are handled with warmth, personality, and a human touch.”

“Nita and her team at NNU Immigration helped us to register our office in the US and to secure E-2 visas for key staff members. Their obvious in-depth knowledge of the various processes, their quick response to our numerous queries and their practical help in compiling our applications were impressive and reassuring. I would highly recommend them for their expertise and their friendly, unflappable approachability”
