Nita is the Founder & Principal Attorney at NNU Immigration Limited and has over ten years of experience in the field of business immigration law in the US and the UK. Nita successfully acts for leading corporations and professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, actors, and athletes in US immigration matters.
Iva is responsible for managing the Operations, HR, Administration and Finance functions of the firm. She oversees the smooth and efficient management of the practice, ensuring all of NNU Immigration's clients receive superb client care, from the initial stage of instruction all the way through to successful completion of each matter.
A U.S. qualified immigration attorney, Robert has expertise in corporate immigration. Before joining NNU, he practised corporate immigration at an international immigration firm in New York City, assisting large corporate clients and start-up companies with immigrant and non-immigrant visa needs. Prior to that he clerked for immigration court judges at the Executive Office for Immigration Review through the Department of Justice’s honour program.
Maria advises multinational companies on immigration matters, including employment-based visas, and also has extensive experience in family visas, and acquisition and renunciation of citizenship. Prior to practicing immigration law, Maria practiced corporate law in New York and Milan, where she assisted leading international public and private companies across a range of industries. Maria obtained a B.A. from the University of Oxford and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
Michael graduated from the University of East Anglia with a Degree in Law with American Law, including time studying the American legal system at Cumberland School of Law, Alabama. During university, Michael was a member of the Norfolk Community Law Service and the Innocence Project, reviewing appeals to criminal convictions. Michael provides an exceptional level of support to the attorneys and assists in maintaining client relationships.
